• Ground Shipments: No signature is required, but you have 24 hours to inspect and report any damages.
• Driver Presence: For freight deliveries, carefully inspect the box's external condition and its contents in the driver’s presence.

2. Visible Damage:
• If the packaging shows any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt, and be as descriptive as possible (e.g., "damage to box").
• For any damage, refuse delivery and notify us immediately at returns@lustralluxury.com and call (754) 225-3005.
• Take photos of the boxes from different angles, even if there is no damage. If damage is present, capture detailed photos and include them in your report.

3. Concealed Damage:
• If damage to the product is found after opening intact packaging, report it within 24 hours with photos to returns@lustralluxury.com.

• Signing confirms that the item is received in good condition. If damage is discovered after signing, claims for hidden damage must be filed directly with the freight carrier.
• Advise family members or anyone receiving the delivery on your behalf not to sign unless they inspect the items first.
