• Ground Shipments: No signature is required, but you have 24 hours to inspect and report any damages.
• Driver Presence: For freight deliveries, carefully inspect the box's external condition and its contents in the driver’s presence.

• If the packaging shows any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt, and be as descriptive as possible (e.g., "damage to box").

• Take photos of the boxes from different angles, even if there is no damage. If damage is present, capture detailed photos and include them in your report.

• Signing confirms that the item is received in good condition. If damage is discovered after signing, claims for hidden damage must be filed directly with the freight carrier.
